活动简介:

新春嘉年华会是多媒体大学(马六甲院校)华文学会其中一项特别活动,亦是该大学赫赫有名的活动之一。随着历届创下的辉煌与卓越,相信该活动已经深深烙印在许多人的心中,也在马六甲引起了广大的回响,留下了不少口碑。

除了让华裔同胞在春节期间欢庆新春佳节之余,新春嘉年华会更是借此机会延续中华文化的优良传统与风俗,并将春节的暖意送至各界人士,当中也包括需要社会帮助与关怀的一群,让大家共同欢庆这盛事并体现出社会温情。同时,新春嘉年华会也趁着这机会让所有的在籍学生包括友族同胞以及外界人士更深入了解认识华族文化并且以重现的手法来提倡传统春节气息。

为了发扬与推广中华文化,第十八届新春嘉年华会将继续承接薪火,为新春佳节续写新一篇的璀璨篇章。故此,该活动筹委会已决定举办新春实体资料展,新春园游会以及各项附属活动以达至以上宗旨。

宗旨:

1.  传承及推广中华文化并延续该文化的优良传统与风俗。
2.  提倡传统春节气息并提供机会让在籍学生了解华人礼节以及传统春节的渊源
3.  延续学会精神并加强会员对学会的归属感,进而提高会员素质以及增加自我提升的机会。
4.  借由资讯媒体来提升活动的曝光率并发扬中华文化。
5.  通过此活动来回馈社会各界人士并维持彼此间的良好关系。

目标:

1.    传承并延续中华文化

ü  让中华文化得以传承,让莘莘学子们延续该文化
ü  塑造文化传承形象
ü  提倡中华文化的优良传统以及风俗

2.    提倡并营造传统新春佳节良好气氛

ü  让在籍学生更了解华人新年的由来以及庆祝方式
ü  加强学子们对传统春节以及华人礼节的认识
ü  以重现古代部落村庄的手法来体现传统春节的韵味
ü  将新春佳节的气氛散播至校园
ü  让游子们提前感受新春佳节的喜悦,等待并期盼新春的到来

3.    巩固并提升华文学会的形象

ü  提高华文学会对外界的知名度,并保持良好形象和关系
ü  加强外界人士、商家及各大专华团对华文学会的信心
ü  注重活动素质、礼仪及策划过程
ü  提升新春嘉年华会对外界、校内部门及学生对于新春嘉年华会的期盼
ü  通过新春嘉年华会,为华文学会塑造一个文化传承组织的形象

4.    内部培训并塑造籌工委对活动的向心力

ü  培育及提供训练让会员能熟练办活动的细节
ü  减少有才华的会员流失并提升华文学会会员活跃率
ü  发掘有潜力和能力的学会会员
ü  加强籌工委之间的沟通,友谊以及关怀
ü  让籌工委对活动产生归属感以及向心力
ü  打破籌工委之间的隔膜并建立共进退共患难的精神

5.    提供机会让友族了解中华文化

ü  通过新春嘉年华会,开拓各国各州学子们的视野
ü  让友族同胞观赏华族文化的美丽

Abstract:

Chinese New Year Extravaganza (CNYE) is one of the special events organized by Chinese Language Society (CLS) of Multimedia University (Melaka). CNYE is also recognized as one of the representative event in Multimedia University. CNYE has left a deep impression on a lot of people as this event has been awarded The Best Cultural Event for many years.
In addition, CNYE is also one of the events that upholds continuation of the traditions and customs of Chinese Culture. CNYE also let all the people who are in need of care to celebrate this festival. At the same time, CNYE exposes all undergraduate students in Multimedia University (Melaka campus) included non-Chinese to a better understanding towards Chinese cultures. It also widens the sights of the foreign students by letting them to experience the atmosphere of CNYE and by learning Chinese traditional customs.
 In order to promote the Chinese Culture, 18th CNYE decided to organize the following events to achieve the above objectives. For instance, there will be CNYE Exhibition, CNYE Garden Festival and affiliated activities.

Objectives:

     1.To promote the Chinese Culture.
    2.To improve the knowledge of the undergraduates towards Chinese festivals and at the same time, glorifying the Chinese culture.
     3.To provide learning opportunities to CLS members and to strengthen the sense of belonging among members.
     4.To improve the exposure of the event through the media.
     5.To enhance a good relationship with the public.

Targets:

1.      Promote the Chinese Culture.

·         Enhance the understanding of students towards their own culture through quality of events.
·         Promote Chinese culture
·         Improve the Chinese Culture and tradition

2.      Creating jubilant atmosphere of Chinese New Year

·         Let all undergraduate students in Multimedia University (Melaka campus) to have more knowledge of Chinese New Year celebration.
·         Provide a platform for students to understand the history of Chinese New Year and its celebration.
·         By using the ancient tribal village to reflect the traditional Chinese New Year celebration.
·         Spread the joyful mood around the campus through CNYE.

·         Experience the radiant atmosphere of Chinese New Year and celebrate Chinese New Year in advanced.

3.      Increase the image and reputation of Chinese Language Society

·         Enhance the popularity of CLS and maintain good image and relationship with outsiders.
·   Strengthen the confidence of public, commercial firms as well as Malacca Chinese Association towards CLS.
·         Focus on the quality and protocol as well as the planning process of the event.
·    Innovate the content of the event and enhance the expectation of outsiders, university departments as well as students towards CNYE.
·         Promote CLS as the cultural inheritance society through CNYE.

4.      Internal training

·         Teaching and training potential and capable members to organize an event.
·         Decrease the possibility of losing talented and potential members.
·         Discover potential and capable members in CLS.
·  Enhancing the relationship and strengthen the interaction and friendship between organizing and working committees. 
·         Create a reaction of sense of belonging towards events.
·         Overcome the barrier between organizing and working committees.

5. Give Opportunities to the Non-Chinese to understand the Chinese Culture.

·         Pioneering all the student vision of Chinese culture through CNYE.
·         Let the non-Chinese to know the beautifulness of the Chinese culture.
·     Let the non-Chinese to have the opportunity to get in touch with the Chinese Cultural Property.
·         Enhancing a good relationship with non- Chinese.

6.      Popularity and Visualize

·        Widen the object group.
·        Increase the exposure of the activities.
·        Provide different types of activities for all level people.
·        Enhance a good relationship with the vendors and Chinese Cultural Association.
·        Promote CLS as the cultural inheritance society through CNYE.
